  Moved to this hotel after a disappointing experience in another Austin hotel. Room was very clean and bright. Hotel facilities were good. Although late in the season (Nov) the outdoor pool and spa were open. Breakfast was plentiful and good. Internet worked well. One wing faces IH-35 so you do get some traffic noise, but not so intrusive that you cannot sleep (maybe ask to avoid rooms x02-x10 ...) As a budget hotel, this was a great value experience!

  I stayed on the third floor. I think they had been using it to store some particularly caustic aromatic waste the previous year. My room made my head ache, my eyes burn and my throat sore. The next night in a different room the air conditioner sounded like a diesel Cummins, and I got three obscene harassing calls and had to unplug the phone. The toilet leaked on the floor. I had some kind of sticky film on my feet from the carpet.

  Clean, easy access to hotel. Hotel staff very friendly. Very clean pool only disappointment - fitness room air conditioning not working so room was closed off. Otherwise, do recommend this hotel was it seems hotel is several years old but very, very upkept and updated constantly.

  The desk staff were very accomodating with an early check-in and a delayed check-out forced by business commitments. The room was comfortable and clean - furnished with a microwave and mini-fridge. Good complimentrary breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

  This hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to access coming from both north and south Austin. We were looking to have a good time in the downtown area with out breaking the bank on a hotel. This was a great hotel and we couldn't really ask for much more for the price. The room was good sized, the bathroom was a bit small, but clean, and everything worked. I will definitely stay here again. The location was just past some sketchier parts of Austin, but the parking lot was well lit and they had security guards and cameras on the premises. My girlfriend and I felt safe the entire stay. They had a decent breakfast each morning with cereal, oatmeal, juices, milk, pastries, and a waffle maker which was great! Save yourself some money and stay here. You won't regret it.
