  Check-in staff not real friendly and seemed a little put out but was relatively quick. Room was spacious and clean. Everything was well stocked - in-room coffee, shampoo, towels, soap, etc. A little construction around the entrance but not a big problem.

  THIS A VERY DIRTY HOTEL.I COULD NOT EVEN WALK ON THE CARPET BAREFOOT BECAUSE IT WOULD MAKE YOUR FEET SO DIRTY YOU WOULD HAVE TO WASH THEM EVEN TO GET IN BED.....BREAKFAST WAS A JOKE!!! 99CENT HONEY BUNS,ENGLISH MUFFINS THAT WERE HARD NO MILK FOR CEREAL,WHAT HAPPENED TO FRESH FRUIT!! FAT FREE/ AND WHOLE MILK NO SLECTION.REALLY DISAPOINTITNG!!!!! I HAD TO STAY THE WHOLE WEEK,,,,

  The first room they attempted to put us in was supposed to be non-smoking but it was obvious someone had smoked in the room. We suspect housekeeping but it could have been a previous guest. The second room had multiple problems. Light fixtures without light bulbs, hair dryer that did not work, and a toilet that ran constantly. We checked out the swimming pool at 9:00 pm and decided to go swimming. When we returned with suits on at 9:15 the pool was locked. When we went to the front desk they told us that sometimes they close the pool early....It was scheduled to close at 10:00 pm. The next night we put our suits on and were at the pool at 8:30 pm and found the pool locked again. When we went to the office this time they told us they would unlock it. By the time we walked back to the pool it was unlocked and whoever unlocked it long gone. There was some miscommunication between the travel agency and the hotel and the hotel had me make the phone calls to try and clear up their mistakes. After getting into the room I had to make 6 phone calls in a two hour span to get them talking to each other. I had other things I wanted to do. Overall I have stayed in worse hotels but with a little more maintenance and a brushup on customer service it would be a decent place to stay.

  Rooms falling apart, sheets were brown, broken tiles in bathroom, mold on walls, sink flooded.
