  Great location - rooms are a little small for the money, very clean and modern don't stay on 2nd floor noise from the bar very loud in your room.

  Lobby and pics on the internet look nice, but rooms are so tiny barely enough room to walk around the bed or to place luggage. Room very noisy, even when a/c switched off completely. At least they were kind enough to let me cancel the rest of my stay after two days.

  Staff was courteous and friendly. when they say boutique hotel they mean it. we stayed 3 nights. i dont think that you could stay here comfortably any more than that. ...

  Staff was courteous and friendly. When they say boutique hotel they mean it. We stayed 3 nights. I dont think that you could stay here comfortably any more than that. No dressers or closets. No iron. Room was miniscule. Hot water took 15 min to get hot. Stayed on 10th floor and was newly "remodeled", still needs a lot of TLC. Nightclub-Aspen was hopping. Phenomenal location. 40 steps from Times square. Bountiful "quick service" restaurants all over the area.(Great BBQ rest. Fameous Daves right outside the door). Location and price make it worth the lack of amenities, and the fact that we were probably the only Americans staying at the hotel. You have to deal with the rude european attitudes of the hotels clients which is mindblowing. Lobby decor is worth looking at even if your not staying here.

  The lobby is by far the best part of the hotel! The rooms are small, I even paid an extra $* for an upgrade and it was hardly bigger. The rooms are nice, but they are not brand new! The phones and tv are new but the walls and doors and floor are not. Overall the bathroom supplies were very weak and the towels were low quality as were the bathrobes - they clearly wash the robes and reuse, which is not that pleasant. The tv cannot be turned on and off by the remote either. The AC is terribly loud as well, both rooms I was in had really loud ACs so be ready for that! This hotel is great if your not that picky (I am) and you just want to have a good time. I am not a tourist so the excitement has somewhat faded if I am not with my friends. So I wanted a relaxing, luxurious hotel, this really was not it!

  Nice hotel and friendly staff. The room was really small...cant emphasize that enough....tiny. The decor was nice but not over the top. Wait staff in the bar were fabulous. Very friendly, fast and efficient. Was a little put out that the only empty table in the bar was reserved permanently for the owner. The waitress apologized to us that we had to stand in front of an empty table. The restaurant staff were pretty much asleep. That might explained why my wife and I were the only ones there for breakfast. Door man and concierge were excellent; very friendly and helpful. The concierge found a great restaurant for me. Nice to see service like that. The rate was great and when I brought my concerns to the manager they were addressed professionaly. Cant beat the location. Not sure if I'll try them again. Too much competition in this area of the city.
