  I was disappointed, this was not a 4 star property, restaurant had no tablecloth on table! jacuzzi was dangerously hot, only 2 rackets for 2 two racketball courts, very limited ...

  I was disappointed, this was not a 4 star property, restaurant had no tablecloth on table! jacuzzi was dangerously hot, only 2 rackets for 2 two racketball courts, very limited menu in restaurant for dinner, just not what I expected of a 4 diamond rated property....Indoor pool section was extremely small should not be even considered indoor, and the gym is also small The price was right for what we received since we had a weekend deal. I must say staff was friendly and room cleaning personnel was very nice. They are kid friendly and offer a welcome bag with fun stuff for the little ones.

  We read the reviews before booking this hotel and figured for a one night stay we would chance it even though many of the reviews were negative. We were wrong. The hotel is extremely overpriced and not anywhere close to what you would expect from an Omni property. The overall impression is one of a hotel well on its way to seediness. As soon as we entered the room we were welcomed by an overwhelming odor, not sure what it was insecticide or room freshener. The bathroom was very cramped and did not look clean. Carpets and bedspread looked stained and worn. We were unable to access the balcony, it was locked for cooling purposes. The business center was one desk in an unairconditioned room. Only 1 of the bank of 3 elevators was working and it was dirty, hot and had an unpleasant odor at all times. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

  For the money I spent for one night and the quailty I got was horrible. The ice machine was broken on our floor, the sheets and pillows were stained and turned over so we couldnt see them, there was hair in still in the bath tub. They replaced the pillow cases. It was not worth the money I spent. Should have went with the Raddison Hotel. They couldnt give any discount for the horrilbe stay cause I booked online, go figure. If your looking for a better place to stay try the Raddison Hotel or the Holiday Inn farther the road!!!!

  Never here again. Requested room with view, glass so dirty could barely see thru, requested cleaning ended streaked. The bath had missing grout and looked like mold growing. Do not think bath floor was mopped or the room was vacuumed our entire stay. Compared to their San Antonio hotel this rates a minus number. Not sure if drinking glasses was always clean, expected disposable drinking glasses and cups, not real glass. No lights in pool for evening swimming. On a positive note, the club sandwich from the Glass Pavalion was great.

  Hotel room a total disappointment. Comforter all wrinkled like it was just slept on, bathroom floor dirty, carpet coming out the wall. This is not what the Omni Hotels are known for. Had to ask for different room. We had to sleep in room with 2 double beds because they had no more king bed rooms. My reservation was for king bed. Do not use this hotel if you expect a luxury place. For the money I paid, I would rate it a 2 star maybe! Male housekepper came in twice using his key without announcing. I was just out shower! Second time I was napping, just wanted to check if spray starch bottle in room. I didn't report him because I didn't want him to lose his job. As many people without jobs.
