  This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. first, those pic dont not exist. the hotel is old and dirty. The second day in the hotel, the light when out. I called the first desk and received no answer. the lights came back on my the time i got back to the hotel ( about 5 hours later) the bed had bed bug, we asked for another room and was told they were full! To make matters worse they wanted to charge us for leaving early. When we complained, the own told us that this thing allegedly happen! As if we made it up. if you want this hotel because of the price, it will be in your best interest to stay in another hotel at the same o less price. the owner also is trying to charge me for a charge that is not on his contact! the staff were so nasty, when i showed them respect. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DONT STAY HERE. I did not expect a fancy hotel, however this was bad

  This hotel was very dirty and misrepresented in through the pictures. The hotel staff was rude and not so accommodating to our needs. I stayed here for 4 nights for a relaxing weekend with the girls and found stained sheets, bad lighting, dirty linen, no air conditioning and bad food. The only good thing about this hotel is it's location. I would suggest staying here if you're not too concerned about where you sleep or keep your luggage but if you are stay somewhere else.

  Where should i begin? i guess i should start at the check-in which took nearly 2 hours because the hotel's front desk receptionist said we were required to ...

  Where should I begin? I guess I should start at the CHECK-IN which took nearly 2 hours because the hotel's front desk receptionist said we were required to pay an extra $60 a night because our reservations did not cover ""extra people"" in the room. When the room was booked clearly it was booked for the accurate amount of people. Once we contacted the travel venue we booked the trip with, they confirmed no additional fees would be required from us. Before management allowed us to check in they had to have written verification from the travel venue via fax. This took another hour after the first hour we spent explaining already paid the correct amount for the so called ""extra pple"". So instead of checking us into the room we had to wait in the ""lobby"" which is a bar to the restaurant in the hotel with our luggage. What a great way to start the trip...waiting w/ luggage not being permitted to check in while people are eating and drinking as if we did samething wrong! When we FINALLY get checked-in after the hotel verified we were correct, we get to the dimly lit room (two of the lamps in the room had NO LIGHTBULBS) it was small and looked nothing like the pictures online. Towels in the bathroom were dingy and yellow with stains. The TV which was all of 14 inches had a remote control which was missing buttons, and the volume to the TV would magically adjust to mute without anyone touching the volume button. WE had to ask to borrow an iron and blow dryer from the front desk, the first blow dryer given to us started to smoke and fortunately, it didn't ignite a fire************DO NOT STAY HERE*******************************

  This hotel was okay, I have to say it was clean but the bathroom is soo small. The front desk people were very nice and helpful. It's a GREAT location, right across from the beach. The only problem we had was the people above us were so noisy, we couldn't sleep. If your young and just need a place to crash then I recommend it.

  Absolutly disgusting!!!!!!! bed bugs! cracks and exposed wires...i took pictures of everything nasty and threatened to sue them if they didnt refund me...so dirty that my friend and ...

  absolutly disgusting!!!!!!! bed bugs! cracks and exposed wires...I took pictures of everything nasty and threatened to sue them if they didnt refund me...so dirty that my friend and I slept outside on beach chairs on the side walk until we were able to get a room somewhere else which is probably the worst u can do at4am in miami...not very safe but was the best option considering that the place was so dirty!!!! saw and took pictures of bed bugs crawling around...water smelled....cracks in the walls...stained sheets and blinds...smelled so bad)
