  Staff very nice, but...Got out of the taxi with my bags and the maintenance man had to hold the door for me. No automatic doors. Elevator all scuffed and plastic covers over floor buttons broken. Checked in at 8 pm and my room hadn't been cleaned yet. Got a new room. Wall paper markets up and edges around corners torn. Ironing board wasn't level in any direction. Only found one outlet in bathroom and two outlets in main room. TV was pixelated and fuzzy. Some channels really loud others you couldn't hear. WiFi kept fading in and out. Bed lamps were wobbly. Bathroom floor had been repainted instead of replace and was chipping. Hair dryer was cracked. Bed was comfortable, except for the red bed bugs and on the last night I got bit by a flea. Never would brave taking a bath or using tap water for the room service coffee pot. No continental breakfast, but there is a Dennys downstairs, open 24/7. No problems with security.

  Charged my credit card 6 days in advance of check-in. I requested a credit to my credit card and was denied. I complained and found the staff at the hotel to be very rude. I decided to cancel my reservation 5 days prior to check-in and the manager refused and stated I was responsible for the room charge. He then stated that their policy's are unique to this hotel and they run into this same problem often. He then went on saying that if a person for some reason or another must change their arrival date then this was the same as a cancelization. I was charged $198.00 for zero nites stay. DO NOT GIVE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER TO THIS HOTEL.

  Yes the hotel is showing its age and I suspect that they rely on their location to help bolster sales. It is close to the falls. Everything in the hotel shows its age though. Since all I cared about was a bed for the night and a pool for my daughter to relax in after 10 hours on the road it was great though. The room was clean, oder free, the beds were comfortable, and the AC worked. The pool area was well kept and stocked with towels even at 10pm. There is a Denny's in the hotel, not fine dining, but after 10hrs on the road it was great to not have to travel anywhere to get food. Overall I had no complaints about my stay. The staff was very friendly, even the Denny's staff, and that counts as well.

  they put me in a room with construction going on under me...it started before 9am..some vacation. The Denny's inside was disgusting and the staff vulgar. We had a 3 year old with us, and their language was shocking. The hotel staff put on a show of caring, but did nothing about any of our concerns. The room itself was clean and comfortable. It is right on the edge of the park, but looks like a slum. Parking was scary, they were resurfacing the parking lot around cars and the garage looked like it was going to cave in. I would not stay there again.

  This hotel is not worth the $/ night. The parking lot was torn up to the point that it could damage your car. The underground parking garage had funiture, garbage and mattresses( that I am assuming someone will eventually be sleeping on) all stacked around the building. Poor customer service and overall a dirty hotel. Pass this one up. Sleep in your car, it would be cleaner.
