  I've known other people who have stayed here and have had good experiences. Ours was not. First, we ended up with a smoking room. In retrospect, I think I mistakenly requested smoking when I booked. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt here. The room faced I-90 and was very loud from Thruway noise and Airport traffic. The temperature controls were inexact at best. There appeared to be 2 settings: freezing cold and blazing hot. The breakfast selection was sparse. The breakfast room is totally inadequate for a hotel of its size. There was not enough seating and it was cramped in line. Lastly, the heat sensor in our room went off because I took a shower with the bathroom door open. Suffice it to say that I will not recommend this hotel to any of my business colleagues who come to town.

  My family of 4 had a one night stay here in a "two queen beds" room. The room was spacious and comfortable. It even had a table with enough space for the 4 of us to sit and eat a take-away meal. Our kids had a swim in the indoor heated pool, and there was also a very nice spa tub alongside the pool. The hotel provided a good free breakfast with enough variety to satisfy all members of the family. The hotel is less than 5 minutes drive from Buffalo International Airport and provides a free airport shuttle, although we didn't use it as we had a hire car. There are a number of take-aways and small shopping malls within 5 minutes drive of the hotel, and two or three take-aways within walking distance. Desk staff were friendly and helpful.

  The room was dirty - carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, tub was not clean, mold and mildew on the walls - and it smelled bad. the halls also smelled ...

  The room was dirty - carpet looked like it hadn't been vacuumed, tub was not clean, mold and mildew on the walls - and it smelled bad. The halls also smelled bad and bags of trash were left in the exit corridor the entire time we were there. The continental breakfast was fine and there was a wine and cheese reception during the afternoon check-in time which also was nice. This didn't make up for the bad housekeeping throughout the property.

  The rooms were very out dated. The parking was horrible. My friend's room did not have the same amenities that my room had and yet we paid the same price. The drive way was hard on the bottom of my vehicle. The TV was not clear and some local channels (ABC) could not be heard above the buzzing sound. Luckily, we didn't spend much time in our rooms. I would not stay here again.
