  Elevator not working in the morning, no fruit at breakfast, no knives at breakfast. the woman who takes care of the kitchen/breakfast sounds like she couldn't care less ...

  Elevator not working in the morning, no fruit at breakfast, no knives at breakfast. The woman who takes care of the kitchen/breakfast sounds like she couldn't care less if there are (plastic) knives or not.

  Friendly hotel staff but room could have been cleaner. we found two plastic cups on the floor from a nearby restaurant that had been shoved underneath the dresser. the elevator ...

  Friendly Hotel Staff but room could have been cleaner. We found two plastic cups on the floor from a nearby restaurant that had been shoved underneath the dresser. The elevator was very slow and there was just one available. Overall I hope our next stay in San Marcos allows us to try another hotel option.

  We were very happy with our room. it was very clean and comfortable yet only mid range in price. excellent value overall. friendly staff.

  Maid service needs improvement. bathroom trash had not been emptied. cobwebs on ceiling. cheerios on floor under bed.
