• Rude Man on desk during the day !

  I had no problem with the night crew, but the man during the day was rude, very sharp and the 2 times i had to deal with him , very unhelpful ! ...

  I had no problem with the night crew, but the man during the day was rude, very sharp and the 2 times I had to deal with him , very unhelpful ! I dealt with stopped up sinks and toilet both days and his help was to carry the plunger to the rom for me !!! I had the night before we left ask for a 1 oclock checkout, when I returned to the room about 12pm he had housekeeping in it, he acted as tho I was trying to pull off someting? I told him I had talked with the lady at the desk the evening before and she flagged our room as a late checkout. He was just the most rude man ! I will never stay at this hotel again. There are a lot of others and at $* for 2 nights I do kinda expect to be treated a little better for my money. Not have to continue to use a plunger or argue about a check out time.
