  Both of our rooms were previously smoking rooms, and smelled terrible. Room #1 having burn marks on the drapes. Room #2 having burn marks on the carpet. The toilet paper holder was hanging out of the wall, and the bathroom showed signs of mold in the grout of the shower and what looked like smokers residue on the tile. Also the security door to our section of the hotel would not close, leaving our floor open to anyone from the outside to enter. We won't be staying here again.

  Great pool daughter enjoyed it. room never got cool enough. great location, close to freeway. it was easy to find, staff was helpful with local restuarants.

  The room i stayed in was very noisy because it was right next to the i-10 highway. the doors to the rooms (which led directly outside) were not very ...

  The room I stayed in was very noisy because it was right next to the I-10 highway. The doors to the rooms (which led directly outside) were not very sturdy, and sometimes it would stink in my room from the air conditioner. Parking area was not lighted very well and all the ice machines appeared to be broken.
  Free internet and good service. I would stay there again but not in the outside rooms.

  In flew to el paso after staying in hyatt west hollywood.I paid 3 times less over here and got 10 times better service.The staff went out of their way to accomodate my needs.The place is right next to the hotel and is conveniently located near everything else.
