  I was in town from houston and enjoyed the stay. i had a couple of problems but the were both addressed and repaired right away. well worth the price.

  The only nice thing we could say is the pool was nice, its just too bad we don't swim. We were disappointed with the rooms and service. We paid $* per night and it was NOT worth it. If you have a complaint do not bother talking to a staff member because they don't care.

  Lousy service dirty bedding. cheap in the shower and no shampoo. had to find a maid for shampoo. 2nd day of our stay room key stopped working had 2 find ...

  Lousy service dirty bedding. Cheap in the shower and NO shampoo. Had to find a maid for shampoo. 2nd day of our stay room key stopped working had 2 find a maid to get in room. Called front desk he said it was their fault only programmed 1 day. But I would have to pack up my kids come to front desk. They wouldn't get a staff member to bring key to me. Hotel had one dirty washer & dryer. Had to walk half mile to get to it. It was upstairs tucked away I didn't feel safe. They dont sale detergent so bring your own if you dare. This is NOT ALL of my problems with this hotel I can't list them all.

  we had friends from out of town stay here and it was hideous. rooms were not clean, lightbulbs were out and the toilet paper holder fell off the wall in one room. management must be very poor because the facility is in need of serious improvement.
