  We have stayed at this Holiday Inn twice in the last four years; once on a visit to Cooperstown; the other to see the Oneonta Tigers. Very clean and great location.

  I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking and very,very stinky room. the staff was very unhelpful and would not switch me to a non-smoking ...

  I reserved a non-smoking room and was given a smoking and very,very stinky room. The staff was very unhelpful and would not switch me to a non-smoking room. They promised to immediately ionize the room to rid it of the smokey smell but in fact did nothing.

  A great hotel in located close both Oneonta town and the campus. Hartwick also. The price was right and staff was excellent and not to foget the rooms which are more just nice. Holiday Inn has come along way and in my opinion you get alot of bang for your buck.
