  First of all this place is on a small mountain - the drive up, and to load and unload your car, is rediculous! Second - the people who work there are UNFRIENDLY and don't give a damn. Third - the rooms are too small and even the non-smoking rooms stink. Fourth - even after we were leaving a day early, where they would be getting fully paid for an unused room - the Managenent tried to bill us for someone (probably who cleaned our room) who tried to get online with their wi-fi service). I told them we were hardly in the room the one evening we came in and crashed, were in the city, the whole next day, and were leaving a day early, and to check their Security tapes for our comings and goings - that we were not paying for the maid to go online in our hotel room). We had our own Sprint cards and didn't need their service. Until I got tough with him, being a NY'r myself, they tried to bully my husband to pay the bill, until I went back in. So they are rude, they stink, they are scammers and liars. Don't use their hotel! Make the drive to White Plains instead for the nicer hotels- it'll be worth it
