  Do NOT stay at the Quality Inn in Denton. First of all, the noise level is bad because it's practically sittng on the I-35. Secondly, I didn't feel safe as my door overlooked the access road. Third, my toilet didn't work well. Fourth, I had to go back to the lobby 3 times because my key wouldn't work. which was not a surprise because most of the outlets didn't work either! And the icing on the cake: I came back last night and found an almost-dead bug in my bathroom. I have stayed at a number of bad hotels in my time, but this one takes the cake.

  While the room I was in really needed new carpet, the room was very clean. The hotel is in the process of renovating the rooms. I asked for a first floor room so I would not have to carry luggage up the stairs. One with the price of my reserved room was not avvailable on the first floor. The desk person gave me a more expesive room on the first floor for less than half the difference in cost. I had a problem with the tv, and someone was there in less than ten minutes fo take care of it. The breakfast could use some fresh fruit. However, with the more than reasonable room rate, I could buy fresh fruit. I would definitely stay there again.

  Our stay at the quality inn was good. the bed was really comfortable, and the accomodations were clean. the grounds were clean and the breakfast was good.

  Don't let the facade fool you as there are areas that need some touch-up. The rooms are clean, comfortable and well-appointed and the shower was a notch above most. The breakfast buffet was admirable.

  This hotel has all the basic things, sufficient comp. breakfast, only thing was non smoking room smelled, and the carpet could be cleaned. Cleaning staff really could not communicate with us in English but they got the job done so I guess that is what counts. Big pool, kids liked it. Comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom.
