  We just got back from a long weekend in the city. We chose this hotel based on user reviews and we were not disappointed. It is hidden - that is no joke. Not one single cab driver over our 4 day stay was able to find this hotel. Super easy solution: we carried a mapquest print out of the area that every single cabbie used to get us to the hotel. The hotel was super quiet. The staff was outstanding. Everyone was wonderful. There are some great little places to grab food within blocks (empanadas, a slice, all sorts of goodies). There are two markets within a block or so to grab anything else you may need. Highly recommended and we look forward to going back!

  Had no problems finding the hotel at all- the staff were very friendly and helpful. Found the htoel to be very clean and comfortable. Best of all- it was very quiet, especially at night. The only problem is the subways near the hotel were closed, they only run during the week and we were there on the weekend.
  It would have helped if the hotel had put more information in the notebooks in the rooms regarding area resturants and attractions. The lobby is under construction, but the staff makes the best of it for you.
  
  Great value for the money- would definitely stay again. Rooms are a good size, and the bed is huge!

  Thought I was staying at a nice hoetel, was extremely disapponted. The hoetel is under renovation, which the web page never stated. There is actuaklly NO lobby....We paid a lot of money, coukld have stayed at the "Marguis". The hotel is very difficult to find, and is away from the heart of the city. I will never stay here again, and will also never trust what I read in an ad.... will rely on word of mouth and actually read these reviews before I book....
