  My family and I went to Binghamton for a family gathering. The location was perfect! It was by tons of restaurants. The rooms were fairly clean and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were very cramped but everything else was nice. The staff at the front desk were all very nice and helpful. But, the cleaning service ladies were pretty rude. When we asked them to come back they told us that they were leaving and will not clean our room. I have never experienced a hotel that you have to make your own beds! The cleaning service was very disrespectful! We had also asked for a wake up call, which we never got. We would have recommended this hotel to a lot of our friends who come to NY often, but now we are going to think twice. If you are looking for a place to just sleep at, this is not worth the money. It is good but you can find things a lot cheaper with the same quality.
