  Good experience & the staff was very helpful! room was clean & bed was comfortable. walls were a bit thin ... could hear my neighbors talking.

  This was the third time we have stayed at this hotel. The first time the staff was amazing in assisting with advice and provisions when my daughter was moving to the Austin area. The home she had rented turned out to be horrible and we escaped to this wonderful hotel, where we recuperated and started a new home search.

  Front desk people are very bad. they moved all my belongings to a different room without my knowledge! anytime u go talk to them they'll make you feel that ...

  Front Desk people are very bad. They moved all my belongings to a different room without my knowledge! Anytime u go talk to them they'll make you feel that you've done the mistake and they are all correct. It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life.
