    I visited the hotel w/ my husband & 4 year old in October. The hotel was okay to look at when we walked in, but we then discovered that there were no elevators. We had to use the stairs to get our luggage up to the 2nd floor. When we arrived on the floor, it smelled stale & of cigarette smoke. When we got to our room, it smelled stale as well. The beds were okay, but they just smelled stale. The breakfast provided was standard hotel breakfast. At least I did not have to cook! This would be a good hotel if it was completely renovated & that includes enclosing the pool & heating it. I was relieved when our stay was up & could not wait to get home to relax. The best thing about the hotel was there was enough hot water for all.

    The room was outstanding!!! When you make a reservation request a room on the 1st floor or pack extra lite.My room was on the 2nd floor to my surprise there was'nt a elevator in the hotel. If you have a lot of luggage,be prepaired to get plenty of exercise going up and down the stairs.The stairs are located at each end of the building. So if your room is located in the middle of the hall on the 2nd flooor you must contend with the stairs and a long walk to your room.

    1-reservation confirmed with the travel website using ae card.
    2-got to hotel they wanted our mc and had #'s, etc;except we don't have a mc. ...

    1-Reservation confirmed with the travel website using AE card.
    2-Got to hotel they wanted our MC and had #'s, etc;except we don't have a MC. Got that changed to our AE.???
    3-Maybe our fault but King/non-smoking not on 1st floor..no elevator; bad knees, but given a handicapped room instead with the king bed.
    4-Got to room; unpacked ;going to rest before going out; no remote for TV; back to the desk; maint. room locked so she had to take one from another room.
    5-Excellent breakfast.
    6-2nd night got back to room; key (card) would not work; back to the desk; had to be reactivated???
    7-Final morning; went to make coffee; no items to do so, and coffee pot was not cleaned from day before.
    8-The one thing that made these little things, little, were the actions of XXX, the w/e night desk clerk, she was kept quite busy with our and others little things that were not done right.
    And, she was very friendly without being robotic.
