  If I were Ramada Worldwide I would be embarrassed to have my company name on this utterly disgusting motel. First off the place was bug infested - crickets, spiders and other unidentifiable bugs. When I was getting the bed ready for my 3 year old daughter - there was a huge cricket right there on the headboard staring me right in the face. The sheets were dirty, the toilet was not clean, the towels did not smell fresh. The room was supposed to be non-smoking and reaked of smoke. The air conditioning did not work - in Texas this is not a good thing - especially in the summer. It was cooler outside than it was in my room. In the morning when my 5 year old son was walking across the room he stepped on a spider the size of a nickel - while we were looking at what he stepped on we saw two more crickets hopping through the bed sheets. With not too many options of places to stay in Eastland and having two terribly tired children I had no option but to stay. I did not sleep at all for fear of the bugs that may crawl over my family.
  
  Upon my departure I asked for my money back. Without much arguement I was able to get 50% off of my night stay. I do not feel that I should be paying for the night at all. The room rate with tax was approximately $*. Are you kidding me - this place was worth nothing in my opinion. I will not recommend this dump to anyone. I would not stay here if it were the last place on the face of the Earth!!!!!

  This hotel has taken a huge downturn. Bugs in the room, behind the door, tears in the carpet, front desk wouldn't answer the phone, wake up call didn't come through. Will not stay again.
