  Wonderful experience, the staff was incredible, helpful and respectful. Our room rate was truly a bargain for the service, accomodation and attention we received. Lots of choices of restaurant around and very central location for attractions.

  Everything was great my bf and i really enjoyed ourselves, and everytime we are going back to plattsburgh this is where we will stay from now on.

  The hotel is very clean, in an excellent location and extremely pet friendly (which you neglect to mention on your website). the staff is excellent.

  Really enjoyed my stay here.staff were very friendly and helpfulroom had everything we needed. breakfast was very good.very good location. would stay here again.
