    Hotel was simple with small rooms but very clean and good bathrooms. location was perfect for our purposes.

    Good location, fair price for nyc. easy access right next to subway. lots of noise you can hear from the rooms making it difficult to sleep in late. two express ...

    good location, fair price for nyc. easy access right next to subway. Lots of noise you can hear from the rooms making it difficult to sleep in late. two express stops from times square but a $* cab from jfk. Would stay again just don't expect too much and you'll be ok.

    V. disappointed with this hotel. The room had an odor and wasn't particularly clean, the wallpaper was peeling off the wall, the paint in the bathroom was peeling and there was mold in the shower. Also, the hotel is maze-like and it was almost impossible to find my room since there were no signs to direct guests once they stepped off the elevator. I actually had to call the front desk (on my cell since I couldn't find a courtesy phone) and have someone come up and show me to my room. It turned out to be along a corrider to the left and through a fire door and was one of two rooms that opened onto the fire stairs. When I checked out, they couldn't give me a copy of that receipt because they said it was "Orbitz."

    Across the street from the subway (trains 1 and 2), the hotel is very well located. Inside it's dingy and the internet service is non-existent on the upper floors, but it's clean and the price is as right as NYC gets. All in all, I'd stay there again.
