  We stayed at this property for maybe four years in a row, and only changed because we began to travel to the area with relatives needing a larger place. In the past we were never disappointed with the facility, but there has been a major change in the quality of this property. Beds were not confortable, obviously not updated since the propery opened and were very hard. Breakfast service gave us reason for concern about cleanliness. There was a statement made by staff that dogs were now allowed, and were usually restricted to the first two floors. But that management was more concerned about renting rooms than inforcing the restriction. There was an obvious management change! Will not stay here again.

  This hotel is disgusting. When my family and I travel, I always check the sheets in the hotel room to make sure they are clean... The first bed had a small blood stain... So we checked the 2nd bed, and when we pulled the comforter off, the sheets had a huge wet spot on them, with a large yellow spot within the wet part...along with a hair. We reserved this room with a credit card, but paid them cash for our room when we arrived. After seeing the dirty bed sheets, we went downstairs to get our money back, and instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, the man got extremely upset with us, kept calling us names under his breath, and preceded to argue with us for 10 minutes about giving our money back. He called his manager on the cell phone, and after the phone call, handed us our cash back and said ""THIS SUCKS!"" I checked our bank account this morning...and they have charged my credit card for the room. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! IT IS NASTY AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE!

  The Hotel room was clean and very nice. It did have a slight smell though. It smelled like musty floors. The staff was very nice, and the continental breakfast was your simple basic type. Nothing spectacular. Great for families though my children were very comfortable.

  The hotel was just horrrible! the sink was not in the bathroom. our room did have an air conditioner, but it was noisy and right beside the bed! while we ...

  The hotel was just horrrible! The sink was not in the bathroom. Our room did have an air conditioner, but it was noisy and right beside the bed! While we where there the toilet overflowed and they told us to turn off the water. the water got all over the floor it was a mess. It was a very small room for four people. We will never go back!
