  Not sure where the others stayed that wrote the great reviews, But this place is a joke!! We decided to stay here because of the location and the great reviews it got. The room is way too small, the walls are dirty,it has a musty smell my eyes are burning and my chest hurts.the hallways smell like B.O. the carpet is disgusting! We were so disappointed we called travelocity and tried to change hotels and of course they cant. Our fridge is hot,I told the staff about it and she argued with me,,Oh and speaking of the "nice and helpful" staff that everyone else praised! HA thats a joke also~! My husband asked for a different room and we were told we could move but we would be charged full price for the new room. You can light under your door the gap is so big. The pool is 3 ft deep and not much biggie than my childrens pool in our backyard and it was full of debri. Take my word on it spend the extra money and stay soemwhere nicer IT WILL BE WORTH IT!! We have stayed at lots of hotels and this is the first negative review Ive written!!

  This hotel room was night and that is a steal. It's in a good neighborhood, close to shopping (super walmart across the street and a huge shopping area---The Parks Mall--- a few blocks away), and close to I-20 if you want to venture out further. The room was clean and the service was good. I will definitely come here again.

  The hotel was clean, quiet outside at night, and had a good choice of breakfast items - cereals, bagels, sweet rolls, apple sauce, and apples. There was a small refridgerator and a microwave in the room, which would be good for those staying longer. We found the bed too hard and during the night we could hear a couple of things making an occasional popping noise - maybe the fridge and smoke detector. We had trouble getting the air conditioning regulated. Either we had a lower temperature and had the unit going on and off, which is annoying, or we left it cold so the sound was constant. The room was very small, but for one night, the size was ok. We saved money but didn't rest well. However, we could have paid more somewhere else and still had a hard bed!

  We stayed for 2 nights and the hotel is very clean, the staff were so nice and always making sure we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfortable, not the type you expect in a hotel. They had breakfast each morning, room service is available. It is just down the street from The Parks Mall in Arlington, which is one of the best malls in the Dallas Fort Worth area. They are right across the street from a Walmart. They are 12 minutes from Six Flags Over Texas Theme Park. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arlington. The prices are great. The Staff is great. Everything was great which is what you want when you are out of town.

  Hotel located at a great location for shopping or dining, right off the interstate. Staff was great at check in and check out. Facility was very clean, rooms were clean, and most important, the air condition worked great. The continental breakfast was ok, nothing to brag about, but the coffee was better than most. Actually stayed again on the return trip back through, but the price was about ten dollars higher than booking through Travel online. Would have no problem staying again.
