  We stayed in their room with the 2 personwhirlpool. It was great. The room was clean and nice, The jacuzzi set the mood for the room, which was pure relaxing. The staff was nice and helpful with all i needs including repairing the tv during the am hours. It was good hotel and price was cool. I would stay again and recommend it to anyone.

  The hotel was clean and the service was very good. We were in walking distance of a mall and all kinds of stores. The hotel staff was great and you could feel safe in the area surrounding the hotel. There were no restaurants real close but the mall five blocks away was easy to get to by bus or cab or walking. The walk was very nice. I was really afraid before I got to New York about the crime you always see on T.V., but found the Bronx to be very charming.

  My daughter had been trying to reach me at the hotel, the staff refused to take a simple message when I was out of the room. They stated it was their policy not to take a message and the best advice they could offer is to call back later. She did call back just to have the hotel desk phone ring and ring without an answer for over 15 minutes. What hotel refuses to take an emergency message?

  My friends and I were a little wary of staying at this hotel, but we figured since it was a chain, it would be okay. We were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was clean and pleasant. We were able to catch a short bus ride from less than a block away to the Subway station, and visit the city. The parking lot was secure. The staff was helpful, and the breakfast was a nice bonus. We would revisit this hotel, since it is much cheaper than hotels in Manhattan and it was a nice motel.
