  This is my second stay. Convenient location, close to stores and major roads. Kid friendly. As before, the staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and very comfortable; the breakfast had a terrific variety of choices. Need to find a way to provide shade for the outside pool. Will stay there again!

  I was there with a lady friend of mine. We are both from Arkansas. Just wanted to get away for a weekend. I have family in the S. Dallas and Plano areas. The hotel staff were very polite and courteous. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The rooms were beyond clean. The hotel is exactly a 45 minute drive to a church (Friendship-West) that we went to that Sunday. But the location of the hotel was satisfying. We were close to certain movie, mall, and restaurant locations. We didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Just wanted to let the people of this hotel know that they did an outstanding job. The desk clerks were very friendly. As well as the housekeeping staff. While we were gone, even though we did not request the sheets on the bed to be changed, they were changed, but it was also made. It was like we came to a new room. I loved that. The bathroom supplies were replenished as well. The next time I come to the Dallas area, I am staying here; AGAIN.

  This hotel is hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed at. As a new business traveler, I was anxious but once I arrived for my 5 night stay at the hotel, I felt right at home. The staff treats you like family & the rooms are stylish, CLEAN & cozy. I'm a clean freak & I was very impressed. I was put in a smoking room by accident but the staff was quick & happy to accomodate my move. Breakfast was great & evening cookies with lemonade were an added delight. Just an overall wonderful experience. I plan to travel back to Plano for vacation & I wouldn't stay anywhere else but this Holiday Inn.

  I was there for 5 nights. the rooms are very comfortabel. location is excellent. close to some of the best restaurants, movies, hospital and freeway.
