  We stayed here on Octocber 12th. We booked this hotel based on the lobby pictures. The lobby is much smaller than it looks and the walls are now painted a much darker color. This is an older property that is showing signs of its age. Our room was clean and everything worked but, parts of the room were looking old and worn. The lock on our door was very loose. The breakfast was very basic with few choices. They had SunnyD instead of real orange juice. The desk staff were courteous and helpful. There are better values for the same or less money in Plattsburgh.

  I did not feel safe here. Lots of shady characters and drinking in parking lot constantly. No deadbolt on room door. Carpet in room was dirty; not well vacuumed. Room was inexpensive but not worth it for lack of security.

  My family and I recently stayed here, I am pleased to say that we had a great experience. The staff was welcoming and helpful . The room was clean and the location was great. I can't forget about the price it was unbelievable that such a nice place would be so cheap. I would definately stay there again.

  This has to be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It is bad for many reason. The rooms were not really clean, they do not even give you fitted sheets. It is just a flat sheet that they tuck under. The carpet was soaked by the bathroom. And the bathroom looks right out of a horror movie. They canceled my resorvation for no reason and to top it off pretty much stole my money and charged me for 3 days of stay when I only stayed for 2. If I ever visit Plattsburgh again I know that I will avoid this place. Like I said worst hotel ever.
