Franchisee never comes to property. Called Ramada customer service, they promised a response within 7 days. Have heard nothing. Never, ever stay here.

  They dont offer anything they say. no hot breakfast, no pool it was black and molded, jaccuzi, mold and dirty, room had mold and roaches, internet did not work,said ...

No hot breakfast, No pool it was black and molded, jaccuzi, mold and dirty, room had mold and roaches, internet did Not work,said had restaurant, NOPEeven though I called and they said they had one, then said they got shut down from the health department. Enough said WE LEFT
