    Centrally Located on Ocean Drive, walking distance to almost everything! Clean Hotel, excellent staff very friendly and helpful. Great value for the location would definately return and stay again. The hotel does offer a very nice continental breakfast every morning as well as towel service for the beach at a $* / day / per room charge. You have to pay the fee regardless of whether or not you use the services. The room was small, especially the bathroom, but you don't spend very much time in the room anyway.

    We had an OKAY experience at this hotel. We were on the fifth floor. The front desk people were friendly. However, we did have an incident where the room above us had a very noisy party with about 4 children running above our heads. We complained and nothing was done about it. The front desk guy simply said he did not hear anything. This was kind of disappointing since everything else was ok. The shower was excessively clogged to point that we could only shower for 1 to 2 minutes at the most otherwise our bathroom would flood. The carpet in the room was spotty but eveything else was clean. We had a partial view of the ocean so we liked our room. The hotel was in a great location because it was central to everything on South Beach. Overall our stay was relaxing and okay. It was our 20th anniversary so we enjoyed ourselves.

    We were staying with family and decided to get a room on the beach for 1 night. Booked last minute, got a great rate. Went with the upgraded Ocean Front room. "View" is beautiful, but small. Windows not great. The only real complaint we had was the Ocean Front room is on the Atlantic Ocean, and there were no real curtains. It was sooooooo bright we couldn't sleep past 9a. Otherwise, everything was as expected. Clean, minimal, small, great location. Would definitely reccomend. Would definitely look to stay again. Will also definitely bring sleep mask to block out the massive sun in the room.

    The hotel is situated right on Ocean Blvd. Can't be a better location. Near Lincoln Road, near all bars and steps from the beach. While many complain about the rooms, ours was a beautiful ocean front, spacious and comfortable. I did see a few rooms that were much smaller, but considering the amount of time I actually spent in my room, it would hardly have mattered. The bed was very very comfortable, the TV was a flat screen with many channels, good closet space. The only complaints I have are the size of the shower in the bathroom, which made a shower a bit tricky, and the dingy carpet. It was clean, but stained, and I think that is what people mention in earlier ads. It did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to take away from my enjoyment and should not be considered as a negative. Servicing the room was done daily and very well. IN the room are beach
