  We wanted a cheap place not too far away to get away from the everyday stress. The beds were not made well, the bathroom had holes in the wall, a ceiling tile was missing over one of the beds. I refused to walk around barefoot. I didn't see any bugs but I would not have been surprised if I had. No microwave or fridge. TV remote was broken. I think the staff lived in the hotel as well. The breakfast was a joke, neither one of us ate it.

  Rats had used the bed for their bathroom, leaving deposits under the pillow. Management only shrugged and said they would have housekeeping change the bed. Should it not be changed after each stay????

  I stayed here for 2 nights and was let down by the conditions. please call around to other knoxville hotels before taking this one.

  Though the staff was very nice the facility was not. the hotel is old and has not had any noticeable upgrades in years. the rooms are not as clean as ...

  Though the staff was very nice the facility was not. The hotel is old and has not had any noticeable upgrades in years. The rooms are not as clean as they could be. We were informed by the staff of the known prostitutes that attempt to conduct business there. This is what we could afford but will not stay there again.
