• nice hotel, far from downtown attractions

  The hotel is good as always from hilton, but it is too far from the downtown attractions.. the bedroom atmosphere wa very cozy... the bad part is the hotel resto ...

  the hotel is good as always from hilton, but it is too far from the downtown attractions.. the bedroom atmosphere wa very cozy... the bad part is the hotel resto closed at 10pm. the front desk tried their best to provide the directions but its hard to find, gps is a must. i will stay here again but i will try to book a hotel near beale st

  The service was very poor. when we first arrived the neighboring suite had old pizza box outside the door. when we left that night and returned the box was still ...

  The service was very poor. When we first arrived the neighboring suite had old pizza box outside the door. When we left that night and returned the box was still there !! (until i called to have it picked up) After showering the first night we had to call the second night for towels. Now isn't it common sense if I'm staying more than one night with guest I will need towels. Never the less there was just alot of calling for things that I feel should have automatically been done.

  When my husband and I checked in I noticed there were long dark hairs all over the bathroom floor. I have very short hair and my husband is bald. It was late so I put a towel down on the floor to walk on for that evening. When we left for the day the next morning I brought it to the attention of the front desk and was told it would be taken care of. Bathroom floor was never vacuumed the entire time we stayed there four nights and obviously hadn't been vacuumed since the last visitors had been in that room. I asked at the front desk every morning if the bathroom floor could be swept and every morning was told it would be taken care of. My daughter and son-in-law live in Memphis so we go numerous times a year. Will never stay at this hotel again.

  I had a wonderful stay. The hotel lobby area was very nice and clean. Upon checking in the staff was friendly. After getting to my room it very nice and amazing just like the pictures that are shown on the internet. I will not complaint because my stay was GREAT! Allot of Hotel show you these good looking and amazing pictures of there rooms and once you get check in and get to your room you seem to be in for a SHOCK, but needless to say the hotel room here are what they are adverting on the NET. I didn't use the bar, m-room, dining, pool, fitness, or b-center, so I do not have no opinion on them. I love my room its almost like being in my own home and bed. The bed slept comfortable and I had a good night rest every night. Being on the 22nd floor of the hotel you can over look the pond and pool, looking at the guys with their Speedo trucks on which were hilarious. The cost of the hotel was not too much! I would have been very disappointed if I paid a lot and got bad service and a cheap room, but thank god this wasn't the case.

  It was a relatively nice hotel. upon check in staf fwas very friendly, however i booked a room with internet access and in the end had to bay almost 10$ ...

  It was a relatively nice hotel. Upon check in staf fwas very friendly, however I booked a room with internet access and in the end had to bay almost 10$ a day to use it. We also had q rowdy bunch staying within the hotel, went to get on the elevator and a naked guy was standing in it. He eventually made his way to the lobby. When I checked out I made them aware that I was not pleased with this and they laughed it off, I thought maybe I would get some kind of compensation. I even saw a man who was run over in the front of the hotel by a car... I mean he was under the car
