  I recently travelled with 3 other adults and a 2 year old child and stayed at the Country Inn & Suites in Rochester. We found the room, the beds, and the bathroom to be very clean and comfortable even for all 5 of us in the same room. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was good. It included hot food and a waffle-making station. Very easy access to and from I-90. I recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a mid price-range hotel.

  This hotel was great, they just renovated and it was so clean and everything looked so new. The breakfast was great and they had waffles you can make your self and top with all sorts of things! The front desk was so accomodating anythig I needed from hair spray to a razor and shaving cream they delivered it right to me. The pool and whirlpool were so relaxing, and the free cookies were delicious! I felt right and home and would return again in an instant! I would recommend this hotel to anyone, great value and all the special toches!

• Very nice hotel!

  Would definitely stay here again. large, clean room, breakfast was great. pool and fitness facilities were up to date and clean. staff was efficient.

  Found members of evening staff to be unbelievable rude and condesending. The hotel room was wonderful and clean. The evening staff when asked a question by a child made thier question into a joke and delibertly embarssed the child for asking the question. I have always utilized Country Inn and Suites all over the country, but would not recommend the one in Henrietta NY.

  I just need a quick little get away considering I live close to the area. This was perfect a nice comfortable hotel with the warm feeling of home. They have a wonderful free breakfast with fresh waffles, pool, whirpool, and free cookies available all the time what more could you ask for. Not to mention the customer service was excellent they bent over backwards to make sure I had the best stay ever. I would definatly stay at this hotel again in the future. It was comfort at a resonable price. Oh yes and the cleanliness which is very important to me was impressive.
