  I don't know what these negative reviews are all about. Me and my wife stayed one night and for the value found the room well above what we expected. The room was very clean with a very nice flat screen tv and the furniture was like new. The carpet was very clean and looked new also. I was traveling down the freeway when I made the reservation so I wasn't able to read the reviews about it and boy am I glad.

  I was in 3 rooms over my one night stay, and each had FLEAS! Another guest was changing rooms because of fleas when I checked in, so I should have figured it out then. My 3 night stay turned quickly into one night Front desk worker and manager were very nice, but what can you do with 3 separate buildings that are full of fleas? I have filed a formal complaint with ChoiceHotels and will spend today looking for relief from my 50 flea bites. I am now down the street at a CLEAN hotel and will NEVER stay at this Quality again, and recommend that you don't either.

  Clean room with comfortable bed located in a hotel area closest to North entrance of DFW. Entrance is a couple of blocks off main street so it requires a little more effort to reach than other hotels in area but value outweights extra effort. Rooms are available from the outside and when traveling alone I prefer to enter my room from an interior corridor but it has good lighting in the courtyard. Did not try pool or hot tub although water looked well maintained from my room. Would stay again.

  If you want to feel safe sleeping at night, then find another hotel. the rooms are clean, exterior corridors, but it appears to have been taken over by katrina victims ...

  If you want to feel SAFE sleeping at night, then find another hotel. The rooms are clean, EXTERIOR corridors, BUT it appears to have been taken over by Katrina victims and their families as an extended stay place. Children using the excercise room as their gathering area to watch TV at midnight, running around without any supervision whatsoever. A gang of men loitering in the lobby to greet you, guess they didn't like what was on TV in their rooms. Not a warm and fuzzy place to arrive, much less stay...Expressed my concerns to the manager who basically brushed me off, saying they had been there for awhile now and wouldn't be noisy. I thought the Fitness Center had ""hours of operation"" so perhaps the children might have a ""curfew"", but was advised that the Fitness Center was open 24 hours. Lucky me that I got such a deal on the room right across from it. Location Location Location! This was only a one night stay as we missed our connection in Dallas due to weather and quite unplanned. I didn't have a pc with me, so as a Choice Hotel Privileges Member, figured I would get a better deal than what the airlines offered . I had just stayed one week at the Quality Inn in Bernalillo, NM so I thought I knew what to expect. Not true, management makes ALL the difference. Bernalillo is just north of Alberquerque...that place was GREAT! I found out that this 'franchise' does not fall under the regular corporate umbrella of Quality Inns, so all they had to do was write me an apology. Gee thanks, I would have felt safer spending the night at the airport and saving $!

  Needed a cheap place to stay. For the price, this is a good one. Not used to the external hallways, but worked out fine. Had a problem with one room where TV did not receive all channels, (they do have nearly 80 channels though, including SCI-FI which is a bog deal for me) clerk tried to move me to another room but the lock didn't work. I have been in four rooms; all of the mortise locks on the doors were broken and never repaired. Cleanliness is okay, but don't expect it to be spotless or vacuumed every day. Sheets were always clean and beds are comfortable. A/C worked well, rooms were quiet. Overall a great value for the money. If you're used to more expensive hotels, however, you will find this one below par. This is a great deal for the traveler on a budget. Only big complaint is breakfast, which includes numerous bread products but lacks any meat, fruit or other items. They have all the bread you want though.
