  I have stayed in Residence Inn Mariott, Candlewood & Hampton Inn and Hampton is best hands down. The staff are very nice (I met with some worst frontdesk in residence inn), friendly and helping. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I am a business traveller and found it very comfortable there.

  Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. room was spacious, clean and comfortable. only downside was lack of bathtub, having only a shower stall.

  I understand that hotels will get overbooked. when i give a credit card to confirm my reservation, i would expect:* other arrangements to be made before i arrive, not at ...

  I understand that Hotels will get overbooked. When I give a credit card to confirm my reservation, I would expect:* Other arrangements to be made BEFORE I arrive, not at Midnight...* Not allow others to check in while I am waiting for the clerk to find me a room in another hotelThey did pay for my first night at another hotel and send me a gift bag to say they were sorry.
