  My husband and I spent three nights here while in town for the US Open. The hotel was super convenient, literally right off the highway, and we had no problem getting a parking spot in back of the hotel. The #7 subway, which can take you to Times Square in Manhattan in one direction, and the US Open in the other, was a 10 minute walk from the hotel. From when we got on the subway one morning it was literally 30 minutes from the subway doors closing until we were in front of Arthur Ashe stadium. The room was clean and comfortable, with a mini fridge, microwave and hairdryer all included. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was decent, although there are limited tables to sit down at. We are actually going back again this weekend for the women's final and will be staying here again.

  Staff were all courteous, from check in to check out, especially cleaning and breakfast staff. good continental breakfast. very convenient to midtown tunnel.

  First let me say that I know what I was getting myself into. I did my research and decided on this hotel base on the reviews. Which were 93% good? I was in New York for one day and did not want to spend a lot of money for one night. So, here is the review. This hotel was just that... adequate. The beds were not very comfortable and were European size. Which is slightly smaller than a full size? The bathroom was very small, almost like a closet. Parking is free, but the parking lot is really tight. If you use the parking lot, then watch out for the scratches and dents. The breakfast was pretty reasonable for what you get. A small upgrade from a continental breakfast. The front desk crew staff did not have a lot of information on attractions, directions or dinner. I can say there were a little bit young and did not really understood how hotel service really works. After all is said and done, it's a good price for what you are getting a clean small room with some pluses.

  I had a good visit, it was little loud around the front desk late at night, It took a little while to get my room ready the 2nd day, but once they knew that I was waiting they got it ready in about 20 minutes. i would stay at this location again when I go back to visit my family.

  We stayed here in June 2008 and loved it (the breakfast bar was wonderful). It is close to the subway and is only a 10 minute ride from to the city. Great place to stay to make your trip affordable.
