  The lady at desk on evening shift checking us in was great!! The room was good and location to decent restaurant was good. However, at checkout on Sunday am had a blonde dip who checked us out charging us a higher rate than was agreed with online travel website. She said she had another problem like that and that the manager who hadn't come in yet (at 8:30 am) would take care of it. She did not give us a receipt. We had a seminar to attend and returned around 3:30 pm that afternoon to check on status and get receipt which online travel website said they needed before online travel website would do anything. The nice lady who had checked us in did some calling, got hold of manager who was out eating this time and was told by manager that the manager would take care of as soon as manager came in. They would e-mail us a receipt. Well, 4 days later we are still waiting on corrected receipt or any acknowledgement of the problem. And praying that our credit card is not being charged out the wazoo!! So the hotel room was fine - just watch staff (at least the manager!)

  This hotel has no elevator so you must carry your baggage to the second floor. The beds are uncomfortable - too hard. However, the hotel is clean and realtively quiet for being next to an interstate freeway.
