  A/c started to make noise during nite and i had to turn it off. toilet run all nite. matress was torn. sheet had hole in it. chair wet n ...

  a/c started to make noise during nite and i had to turn it off. toilet run all nite. matress was torn. sheet had hole in it. chair wet n stained. zero hot water for shower. tub did not drain. tile in bath was dirty n comming up. front desk help really did not care. NEVER STAY HERE.

  Been here before. Good hotel for the price. Outdoor pool was beautiful. Room and ambience a little run down. Bathroom hot water was plentiful and room was clean. Location right off the Thruway was convenient. Planning to stay again. Cheap but adequate free breakfast.

  Having many years in the hotel industry, I would have a hard time recommending this hotel. When I called to check my reservation, I was quoted a corporate rate. The girl said that she going to change my reservation. When I called back to confirm my reservation a few days before our arrival, the reservation was never changed. The rooms had a nice view. The shower drain was continuely getting clogged. The hotel kind of reminded me of a 70's style set up. At check out, our rate was still not correct and I had to tell them what I was quoted per night and it finally got settled. I can understand them making a mistake the first time on the rate. But, it took 3 tries to get the rate finally the way I was quoted.
