  I got to park right outside my door and that was a good thing. There was no clock so I used my cell phone. No shampoo, but plenty of soap and towels. The room smelled good when I walked in. The bed was hard. For the price I was satisfied. I felt safe and staff was helpful in getting me a frig and microwave. I will return when on business in Murfreesboro.

  The night before reaching my final destination in Murfreesboro, TN, I had stayed in a Motel 6 along the interstate. There was no hair dryer, no towels, no pillows, and they gave me the key to someone else's room right off the bat! Keeping in mind my cost to stay at Knights inn was less than Motel 6, it had me concerned. My first impression of the hotel was about what I thought, the appearance outside was, kind of run down looking. When I walked in to check-in, I was greeted with a warm smile and friendly service, although the lobby had a funny smell, I was feeling a little more welcome. After paying for my stay in advance, I went to find my room. Opening the door, i was surprised. There was a hair dryer, microwave, and mini fridge ready to be put to use! Already I was liking this hotel better. The room smelled much better than the lobby, and there were clean, folded towels and bedding, and pillows! The hotel was more than I expected but I was eager to continue my stay. I was anxious to book my stay from reading the reviews, but I needed a place to sleep, and someplace cheap so I gave it a shot. I was definitely impressed. Although there was no shampoo or conditioner, there was always fresh towels and soap. The only reason I would choose another hotel when I travel back to Murfreesboro, is to be closer to the friends out there. Other than that, I'm ready to book again!

  This was a quick trip to visit friends in the Murfreesboro area. Upon check-in, the clerk was less than friendly and somewhat rude. The room was very dirty and the door had a crack between the frame and lock and was not secure at all. The odor in the room was terrible. The immediate area had lots of construction going on and was extremely congested. The overall management, cleanliness, and security was very dissppointing. I was so concerned and dissappointed, that we decided to stay at another hotel a little further north off of I24. Subsequently, our friends told us this area was mainly used for weekly/extended stays for local workers and was the worst area for renting hotels (Church Street). My candid, short description would be.....a DIRTY DUMP.

  Nice clean room with microwave & refrigerator. Everything was clean. This is what is the most important to me & the hardest to find in a budget motel. The tub could have used a scrubbing, but looked about like most motel tubs. It was a clean, no frills motel when you just want a place to sleep & rest while travelling or attending a festival as we were.
