  The shuttle service that the hotel offers is horrible. We had to wait almost an hour and a half just to get picked up, after calling 5 times because they forgot. The hoel was not safe to be outside at night and the employees at the hotel were very rude when we asked for assistance to get to Manhattan. However, the rooms were very clean and the beds were very comfortable, but overall we will not stay in Queens again, nor at this hotel.

• No Restaurant

  My only grief w/this hotel was that they had no restaurant on premises....therefore, no room service; so that sucked! other than that, everything was real simple and fine.

• Ok...but a little overpriced, just like every hotel in NYC

  I was kind of scared of the neighborhood since i'm not from new-york, but it was a pleasant experience. like every where else in nyc, there is not ...

  I was kind of scared of the neighborhood since I'm not from New-york, but it was a pleasant experience. LIke every where else in NYC, there is not much parking space but you can easily find a secure part by the Holiday Inn hotel next to it.
  The breakfast buffet is decent but can get very crowded at times, especially near closing time.
  The rooms were clean and the staff was helpful..though we could have use a fridge and microwave in our room. Decent restaurants are at the mall...juat ask for directions.
