  I loved the room especially the extremely comfortable adjustable double beds. The guest services staff was wonderful. I didn't get to eat at Lorenzo's but did enjoy the lounge and entertainment area. I am staying there in a month and would stay there in the future.

  Very nice hotel with very comfortable rooms and a very nice bar/restaurant. American Breakfast plan is very affordable and food was very good. Cookies on the desk in the evening was a nice touch. Small gift shop was very reasonably priced. Only ""problem"" was that pool/hottub heater was not working all week, which was a disappointment for the kids.

  I travel for business about 85% of the time so I really get a good idea about the hotels that I stay in. Let me start by saying that the business center is phenomenal-- full-service copier and fax machine (FREE) and a quiet secure room. The bar and restaurant are also quite nice-- a bit on the pricey side, but generally a good meal and decent service. However, if you're looking for somewhere sort of quiet to stay, don't stay here. On any given night, the banquet facilities are hosting parties that could go as late as 11pm-- for some, this may not be a problem, but for the business traveller, it's a bit unfortunate. Also, the room rates are quite high for an outdated suite. I felt that the amenities were just average for the price, but if you're staying in the area, they recently opened a Hampton Inn next door to this hotel-- cheaper and by far, cleaner. One of my colleagues stayed there during their opening week (the Hilton Garden Inn had lost his reservation for the night....long story....) and said that the rooms were wonderful and I know that his room rate was 30% lower than mine was.
  
  Also- I used their spa services while I was there-- it's a nice thing to have, but the massage I received was FAR from relaxing-- I sort of felt like the masseuse was ticking off the minutes till she was done. Not worth the 70+ dollars I spent there.

  Check=in & out were very easy & professional. We had booked a promo rate which my husband had forgotten. When he went to correct it, no problem. The room was very clean, the linens top-notch. I thought the rubber shower mat a bit " tacky".
