  This is my second stay and it was as good as last time. Great price, clean room, clean lobby, good location, next to a bank and across the highway from a mall. Good reach for just about any place in waco. Area is in a business area/apartment dwellings. Out side noise kept at a minimum. My room had FULL size refrigerator and small microwave. Kitchen sink. I the room would be complete if they had a closet for you cloths, instead it was a open shelf system. Bed was firm, bathroom was big. Again great room. Nothing was crappy about this hotel. I will stay hear again.

  This is not a typical hotel. They do not clean your room daily unless you pay for it (extra $25 per cleaning). They only provide soap. No shampoo. What a crock. It would be nice to have this posted with the information about the hotel. When I tried to find the place with my GPS (Garmin) it would not find it, not even using its address. When I made the reservation, I asked for a non-smoking room. When I got there, all they had were smoking rooms. I would have got a room at another hotel, but all were full. Keep this in mind when looking at using this hotel.

  First room:obvious problem of HVAC soaking rug. Moved next day. Rooms:""basic"" with very hard beds, sub-stadard linens. Stained carpets. Charged additional fee: internet access. Staff off 1/2 the time for the Christmas holidays - wonderful that the hotel would do that for their employees, but pre-announcement should have been made: no housekeeping for 3 days.Unfortunately I have had difficulty finding any really good stay in many trips to Waco.
