  We were there to enroll our daughter at RIT. First it was not close to RIT, a ten minute ride through traffic. The rooms were dirty, and in dire need of renovation. The bed had a huge sink hole. We had adjoining rooms that had duct tape and electrical tape hanging loosely where they had used it to conceal the cracks and cables between the two rooms. The carpets were so dirty they were sticky. There were some rowdy partiers there the last night we were there and we were awakened by fire alarms and had to evacuate the hotel due to a fire these guys had started in their room. Overall it was one of the worst hotels I have stayed in since I was a poor college student myself. I will not go back.

  This hotel is a great value in the Rochester area. I thought the service was on par with other hotels I have stayed in, unfortunately we didn't have time to check out the pool or fitness center. The morning breakfast was reasonably priced. I would definitely stay there again.

  A very pleasant home away from home. I have been living here for the past 8 months. I'm pretty much all settled in now. There is always something to do on the weekends like having a few drinks with the bartender in Charades Restaurant. My current neighbors are very friendly and we barbecue on our new patio very often. The weddings held in the spring are also a plus because you can usually slip in and join the festivities.
