  The staff was not friendly. Stopped serving breakfast an hour before they were supposed to. Staff could not answer questions about the island. Hot tub was broken, towel rod fell off the wall, internet connection did not work. The price I was quoted was not the price I received. The beds were comfortable and overall the place was clean.

  Room and bedding was dirty! people running hotel did not care! very rude at check in. mold in bathroom, dirt in corners of room..on walls and tv remote didn' ...

  Room and bedding was dirty! People running hotel did not care! Very rude at check in. Mold in bathroom, dirt in corners of room..on walls and tv remote didn't work. Light outside room didn't work, in general was a bad experience before our cruise. The hotel is only 2 years old but very run down and poor maintence.

  Temperature was in the low 40's. NO HEATER in the bathroom, so it didn't feel much warmer than the 40 degrees. Br-r-r-r. The three ceiling lights were BARE bulbs, no lens cover over them. The washclothes were so thin, that you could read a newspaper through them and the towels came from the same material. The sheets were the texture of GAUZE. The bottom "fitted" sheet was beyond it's prime, so when you rolled over in bed, the sheet came with you. The pillows were almost none existant. It was a roof over your head and NOT much more. Kind of like roughing it a camp site, but with a colored TV. We will NEVER go there again.

  The staff were very rude and inattentive, especially upon checking into the motel. the rooms were unclean and the bathroom fixtures and toilet were about to fall off the wall. ...

  The staff were very rude and inattentive, especially upon checking into the motel. The rooms were unclean and the bathroom fixtures and toilet were about to fall off the wall. Overall I would say the room was cheap and for good reason! We only needed lodging for one night after our cruise - and that was more than enough for me!

  The room was nice. It had a refrig. and microwave. The linens were soiled, if it cannot come out, throw it out! I know that it is close to the beach and fake owls were place around to distract the birds, but the feces was horrible. They should power spray the feces on a regular basis. Keep your shoes on.
