  My husband and I stayed there after much disappointment with the Holiday Inn Express. We visit family frequently in Killeen. This Fairfield Inn was very clean, the staff was very friendly and was very secure. My husband loved the breakfast and having a refrigerator in the room (okay, I agreed).

  When our flight crew arrived tired, late and upset that our corporate credit card didn't go through, front desk folks really bent over backwards to get us situated even prior to getting CC authorization knowing well that it would eventually get approved. We really did not expect such superior service and an understanding staff.
