  The pictures were very misleading. The rooms did not look anything like the pictures. The hotel staff was rude and condescending. The room was not very clean and the level of service was inconsistent. My friend and I both stayed at the hotel in seperate rooms. She received houskeeping services (clean towles and linen) and I did not. When I inquired about clean towels I was told that housekeeping only occured once every three days. This didn't make sense because my friend and I checked in at the same time so neither of us was there for three days. I had to go to the front desk to get clean towels and then they asked me to bring the dirty ones down to the front desk. I will never stay at this hotel again and I do make frequent trips to the Dallas area.

  I was in Dallas on business for 10 days and I stayed at the Suburban cause they had a good rate and a full kitchen. Location was fabulous, and room was spacious, comfy and clean. I'll definitely stay again when I am in Dallas!

  The location was the best thing about this hotel. The bathroom in our room was the worst! There were water stains up the door, the molding broken and rotting, the toilet wasn't bolted securely to the floor! The air conditioner was disgustingly dirty! The room right above us had the constant running of children in the room that we had to call several times to complain about. My husband and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and this was the worst part of our trip, even worse than the delays at the airports. It was a last minute decision to stay here, I will never stay here again.

  I gave manager on duty a list of 10 things wrong in my room. None of them were taken care of in the 4 days I was there. If I had not prepaid, I would have moved elsewhere.

  Hotel's location was perfect, very close to downtown and easy access to major highways. room was clean and staff was very helpful, i will stay again. thank you tony!
