  I expected better service from the hotel i stayed (days inn)... my check in time was at 2pm, i did not get my room until 3:05pm. i ...

  I expected better service from the hotel I stayed (DAYS INN)... My check in time was at 2pm, I did not get my room until 3:05pm. I waited over 1hour to get my room I was very exausted driving all the way from Dallas, TX to Laredo TX an 8hour staight drive. This was my first time booking I just decided to give yall a try, but didnt like the wait in the lobby waiting on my rooom....

  This hotel has the best service. they have everything, free shuttle, fitness room, breakfast, restaurant on the property,bar b que area. the staff is so willing to help you.. ...

  This hotel has the best service. They have everything, free shuttle, fitness room, breakfast, restaurant on the property,bar b que area. The staff is so willing to help you.. Very pleased.

  This hotel was disgusting! our plane was delayed so we got in at midnight and had no choice but to stay the night there and it was the worst night ...

  This Hotel was disgusting! Our plane was delayed so we got in at midnight and had no choice but to stay the night there and it was the worst night ever. The room was dingy, the lights barely worked and flickered a lot but, we were willing to look past these things b/c we were so tired from traveling all we wanted to do was sleep. Once we got the lights to work and we were able to see the bed i wanted to cry it looked so gross and to top it off when my husband peeled back the comforter there was crusted dark brown stuff on it, so we tossed it on the floor, slept and the next day the maid "cleaned" and the same comforter crusted brown stuff and all was put back on the "clean" bed!!! We checked out immedialtly and went across the street to the residence inn by marriott and had the best stay ever in the niceset, cleanest, friendliest hotel. Oh ya..and when we complained to the owner he went to check the room and then radio'd the receptionist and said he found nothing wrong w/ the room and that he wasn't going to deal with us. He refused to come back to the front desk. What kind of service is that!?
