  Staff and mgmt should all be fired! Return to room after housekeeping left for the day. Staff could not provide CLEAN towels for us. Linen closet LOCKED. Staff gave me a key to empty rm for me to get towels. CHAIRS were stained and dirty. NO towels at POOL. PLACE is a DUMP due to MGMT and STAFF setting

  On my second night there were four bus loads of high school soft ball players. I am sure these people had prior reservations. The restaurant was understaffed and on the breakfast buffet was only enough food for approximately twenty people at best. There is no excuse for not preparing a sufficient amount of food to accommodate this large number of guest. I must say the attending staff were very professional and did the best they could. I personally would be looking for a new facilities manager. We had to go elsewhere for breakfast

  I stayed at this hotel for three nights. Front desk was very nice and accomodating but my room was not clean. There were stains on the carpet and on the chair. There was also an odor in the room. The bathroom had soap scum and the sink area was not well kept. Overall, my stay was not pleasant.
