  Upon arrival, we were assigned a room that hadn't been cleaned and they reassigned us to another room without apologies. The room was pretty clean and the layout was nicely spaced. At night, the hotel staff was virtually non-existant and slow to respond. The continental breakfast was not served and I had to brew the coffee myself for other patrons. I assume it usually includes coffee, apple and orange juice, and possibly muffins? In the morning, if you need help or need to check out early, be prepared to ring the bell ALOT to wake the staff up. Overall, the price and location was great. The pool is tiny, maybe 12 ft long and 4 ft wide. Very small. But the hotel staff was very bland (no emotion, appology, nothing) Staff seemed not to care. There was one lady working the afternoon shift who was nice and helpful but I don't believe we will stay there again.

  The name Completely tells the story. When work causes you to travel on a budget, yet you still instist on comfort cleanliness & location. there is no better choice in Longview, thier only weakness was cont. breakfast.
