  The only real issues I had with the experience are as follows: Mold/mildew around all room windows & tub. It appeared to be behind the caulk, but it still should be removed. The free breakfast was skimpy compared to other Quality Inn's we've stayed at. We've always had at least waffles and/or biscuits & gravy. This one had neither. These are the two reasons I gave the three ""Bad"" and one ""Terrible"" Ratings. The carpet was stained, worn and separating at the seams. One of the smoke detectors was not assembled correctly. The attachment to the ceiling was secure, but the detector was not firmly snapped to that (Just hanging down a little) Other than the mold/mildew, the room was clean and the staff very friendly.

  Nothing wrong with this hotel. it was clean and spacious. i didn't like the exterior corridors and their was a huge bug in the room when i first entered. ...

  Nothing wrong with this hotel. It was clean and spacious. I didn't like the exterior corridors and their was a HUGE bug in the room when I first entered. The staff promptly removed it and the room was clean so I felt it wasn't an issue, can happen anywhere. Very near Ft Hood gate - but there are better choices a little further down I90.

  Former apartments are now motel suites. dressing, bathroom and computer desk are in a separate area for less disturbance.

  We arrived right at check in time, but the room was not yet ready, we went to lunch and then came back and it still was not ready, but they gave us a suite room for the same price. Pool was nice, the room was pleanty big and was close enough to post to do what we needed. Near by dining and shopping. nice and quite at night and the associates were nice.
