  Mirror lake inn is wonderful, staff exceptional, food delicious, location convenient! the lake is lovely to kayak. have been a repeat visitor for over 20 years.

  My husband and I stayed for a week and absolutely loved the place. We stayed in the cottage across th street overlooking Mirror Lake. Very quite, very romantic. Service outstanding and personnel extremely friendly. Great location, just a short walk from the center of town ... not too close and not too far. We plan to go back again next year. I just love the brick walk from the hotel all the way around the lake. Walked it every day, twice a day. The restaurants were good and service was good. I would recommend whole heartedly to anyone. Oh by the way, not cheap!

  My husband and I love this hotel! We travel to the Lake Placid area yearly and have tried several of the other hotels. We have never had a bad experience of any of the other facilities, but we always find ourselves coming back to Mirror Lake Inn over and over again! The wood-burning fireplace, afternoon coffee and cookies and the wonderful staff make the experience one you are sure to remember.
