  The hotel room was dirty, we had 2 queen beds and we all slept in one as one of them had what looked like gum or something else sticky on the sheets. The Toliet did not work and the heater did not work. Floor of shower had stains on it

  First of all know that i am extremely fussy and picky so this is a big deal. i must say that i was very frustrated when i arrived to town ...

  First of all know that I am extremely fussy and picky so this is a big deal. I must say that I was very frustrated when I arrived to town that all of the hotel were "motel" style since I am female traveling alone. I first pulled into the quality inn next door which was *.00 a night. I called the super 8 from the parking lot and the gentleman who answered the phone was shockingly friendly, and knocked off a few bucks from his original quote to *.00! He said on the phone everything was really nice and new and the exterior was very clean so I went for it. Boy was I surprised when I walked in the room and first of all, didnt have any weird motel odor. The bathroom has granite counter tops and there is a nice flat screen tv and two very comfy beds. The air was off but I turned it on and the room immediately cooled down. The furniture is all new and did I mention the new fridge and microwave?! After staying at the Ramada in Austin the night before for MUCH more and got WAY less, I never thought a SUPER 8 would out due itself. I am so impressed I decided I had to give this guy his due kuddos! Stay here, you will be very satisfied. Oh and the pool is very nice and clean if you have time to catch some rays! Breakfast in the morning is more then your average free breakfast, they have bacon etc....and Free wireless so bring your laptop!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!
